Introduction
Time Union Manufacturing Ltd. is a subsidiary company
of Renley group (1983) to carry out the business of
watch manufacturing through design and production.
We specialise in OEM & premium project. Our production
capacity is between 60,000 and 80,000 watches per
month. Our customers come from prestigious brand names
in North America, Middle East, South America, South
Africa, South East Asia and China.

Operating
System
Our company employs IBM AS400 computer network system
to process our daily operation and a separate PC network
system to handle internet mail and news applications.

& D
We employ the 3D CAD/CAM software to work with a Swiss
Made 5 axes CNC turning and milling center which enable
us to provide sample in a shorter time.

Production
We adopt the traditional Swiss assembling technique
for producing good quality watches and have a Swiss
made semi-automatic assembling line for handling volume
production.

Our QC dept. uses American National Standard (ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 - 1993)
